Answer: Yes I have used it to lube bottom bracket threads, threaded headsets, and hubs on my bike. Seems to work pretty good at keeping things turning and protected from the weather. Bolts come out after a period of time with out to much trouble. -

Answer: You can use it in the bearings of your freehubs. Just be sure to clean out the old lube and dirt real good first. This teflon grease is a mte gooey for use ion the ratchet mechanism itself. If, slathered up with FLTG, the free mech works it'll be near silent and never wear. Pro tip buy the tube not the jar. Tuber is spendier for the amount, but the tub isd a magnet5 for lugies flies dirtndust and lil parts. a lot gets wasted. -

Answer: Perhaps it could be used, but most people go with chain lube because it’s a liquid that gets into the links. Grease is for the bearings. -

Would this be ok for a rockshox reba rebuild? I have seen most are indicating slickoleum, sram butter, slick honey all at very high prices for 1oz.
Answer: This product is excellent for assembling the bicycle and bearing maintenance but the Rock Shock is a different subject. I would contact the Rock Shock advice column or local racer for experienced guidance.
