The Hexclad 34cm Saute Pan is an excellent choice for home cooks who love cooking frequently. It is perfect for searing and oven use. The pan heats very evenly and is quite deep to fit a lot of food. It is also great for sautéing and baking. It can be used on an induction stove, hob, and AGA. The pan is easy to clean and the lid handle does not get hot while cooking, which is great. However, it is quite heavy, and storage might be an issue as it is larger than it looks. The price is a bit higher, but it is worth it if you are willing to pay a higher price for good quality pans.
