Answer: You could probably work it in but it would be tight and take some time as I believe the 645 has a squared trigger guard. All of my rounded Smiths fit decent in this. -

Will this fit the 4516?
Answer: Yep sure will, that’s what I am using it with. -

Will this work with Smith 457 45 ACP?
Answer: Same frame design and size I would say it should!!! -
Question:
Will this fit S&W 1006?
Answer: It will, I have the same holster and love it. Very comfortable and discreet with jacket or untucked button up. But it also depends how you wear your pants. I do recommend this holster. -
Question:
Will this fit the 4506 with the square trigger guard?
Answer: I don’t think so. I have a -1 (round trigger guard). Typically a 92FS holster is compatible with the 4506, however I can’t get the Beretta to work with this holster.
