The Star brite Premium Teak Brightener is a teak cleaning and brightening product that enhances the natural wood grain, tone and color while preparing the wood for oil, sealer or stain application. The product can be used on teak vaneer bedroom furniture, however with extreme care, to avoid damaging the thin veneer. When applying teak oil, it is best for outdoor use as teak oil cures best in UV light. The product can be applied when wood is dry or immediately after Step 1, Teak Cleaner, and wood must be completely dry before applying Teak Oil. If the wood is already bright enough, the Teak Sealer is not mandatory. Minnesota's climate can be harsh on teak wood, and the three-step process of using the product protects the wood and retains its color better than other products in the market. Overall, the product is easy to use and requires minimal effort.
