Brother BRTDR221CL - Brother DR221CL Imaging-Drum

Brother DR221CL Imaging-Drum The Brother DR221CL Imaging-Drum offers an affordable solution for those in need of a set of 4 drum units. Despite not containing toner, this drum set received positive feedback from customers, particularly for its competitive price and the improved clarity it brought to printed pages. Some users did encounter a small issue where the printer would display a message indicating the drums were worn out, even though they were new. However, this was easily resolved by manually resetting the drum counter on the printer. This minor inconvenience did not seem to deter customers from praising the overall performance of the Brother DR221CL Imaging-Drum. Unfortunately, there were a couple of negative experiences as well. One customer found the lack of markings on the colored drums made installation difficult, while another complained that the drum cartridges had to be manually calibrated after installation, unlike Brother's regular drum cartridges. These concerns, though minor compared to the positive feedback, were enough to dissatisfy these customers and deter them from repurchasing. Overall, the Brother DR221CL Imaging-Drum seems to be a reliable and cost-effective option, providing clear and quality prints. However, potential buyers should be aware of the need for manual calibration and the lack of markings on the colored drums, both of which may pose minor inconveniences.
