Canku Fixed-Blade Knives Editorial Review
The Canku C1622 is an affordable and well-made knife that performs exceptionally well for its price point. The handle is comfortable to grip, even if it may not be ergonomic for some users. The gimping on the spine of the blade is a great addition and allows for a secure hold while in use. The knife is also incredibly sharp straight out of the box and can handle tasks that range from upholstery to cardboard cut up with ease. The only downside to this knife is that the sharpening is uneven for some which can make it challenging to use.
