- Formula: 35.7% Malt Extract, 1.8% Peptone G, 35.7% Dextrose, 26.8% Agar
- Solution Instructions: Dissolve 100g of MEA in 1.8 Liters of Distilled Water, Bring to a Boil, Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes, Pour into Petri Dishes
