This firm brush is not recommended for use on fresh cuts but would work perfectly after 4 weeks from the fresh cut. The brush bristles are made of boar and come with instructions not to use in the shower. However, some customers have found the brush to be chipping easily, especially when it falls. The paint chips are a cause for concern because they could peel off when the brush is used, making it necessary to avoid getting the brush wet on top of the shower instructions. Several customers found that the brush was harder than expected, especially since they purchased a medium. They also found that it smelled funky, likely due to the products they used in their hair. Overall, this brush is perfect for anyone who wants to train and style their waves. It is recommended to use it after 4 weeks from the fresh cut, and a medium-hard brush would have been more appropriate for most customers.
