Anthony's Brown Rice Flour is a batch tested and verified gluten-free product grown in the USA and packaged in California. Although this flour is not protein-rich, it works well for making your own sourdough starter and pancakes, as well as in bread. However, it is not recommended for making pasta. The flour is dairy-free and has not been tested for arsenic content. Even though it is not measured 1 to 1 with regular flour, the quality is good and the price is affordable.
