- The Dormakaba® Overhead Concealed Closer 105 Degree No Hold Open is designed for ADA Barrier-Free 8.5 lbs. exterior doors. Also has dual action and non-critical valves for control adjustments of both closing and latching speed independent of each other. Each closer body comes packaged with mounting clips, templates, and instructions.Product Warning:Although Dorma® RTS BFI/BFE Series Closers comply with ADA specified opening forces, they may not provide adequate spring power to control and close the door due to varying site conditions and door size.Most shipping weights are approximate and have not been verified.
