HMS Accessories 76-8010 Editorial Review
The HMS Superlite RAM Horns have garnered a mixed reception from customers, with several finding them suitable for costumes, particularly for events like Halloween and stage performances. Many reviewers praised the lightweight design, describing the horns as barely noticeable when worn for extended periods, which is a significant advantage for anyone engaging in active movements, such as dancing or performing on stage. The size was also noted to be impressive and visually striking, enhancing the overall look for costume purposes. However, quality control appears to be an issue, as multiple users reported receiving two horns for the same side, rendering them unusable. Customers highlighted that the horns, while easy to wear, suffer from some manufacturing flaws, including weak foam and inadequate glue that failed to hold the horns securely to the headband. Some users noted they had to perform DIY fixes to improve the product's appearance and durability, such as reinforcing the horns with a glue gun or customizing them further. Despite these setbacks, many acknowledged the affordability of the horns, indicating that for those who don't mind minor modifications, they can be a worthwhile purchase. Overall, while the HMS Superlite RAM Horns are favored for their lightweight and visually appealing design, potential buyers should be aware of the quality issues that have plagued some purchases and be prepared to take corrective actions if necessary. **
