The Hayward FDXLWPS1930 Water Pressure Switch Replacement for Hayward Universal H-Series Low Nox Pool Heater is an essential safety component to prevent the firing of the heater without sufficient water movement. It is factory calibrated to 3.0 PSIG +/-0.75 PSIG, range 1-6 PSIG. It can be adjusted following the instructions on page 35 of the Service & Installation Manual. It has a 1/8" NPT connection and fits the newer Universal LoNox heater models. Customers have reported that this product has solved the LO code immediately and they have heat again. It was easy to install for those who don't mind doing some electrical work. It has worked well for over a month and mid-summer without issues. However, it is essential to ensure that the pump is moving plenty of water first before use.
