ARIAT Logo Softshell Jacket

The jacket has received mixed feedback from customers, primarily centered on its quality and fit rather than the product itself. Many users have expressed their appreciation for the jacket's aesthetic, describing it as "beautiful" and of high quality. However, this positive reception is often overshadowed by significant complaints regarding incorrect sizing and delivery issues. Numerous customers reported receiving the wrong size, leading to a frustrating experience as they were unable to wear the jacket as intended. For instance, one customer ordered a medium but received a large tall, while another mentioned receiving an unexpectedly large 3XL instead of a small. These sizing mix-ups have caused inconvenience and disappointment, particularly for those who had specific events in mind for wearing the jacket. Additionally, one individual noted a discrepancy in color expectation, as the phantom color they anticipated appeared more gray than reddish. Overall, while the jacket garners praise for its design and quality, the overall customer experience is marred by logistical challenges related to size availability and delivery accuracy. **
