What size milk jug should I get for this machine?
Answer: A 12 fl oz jug works fine, but you can go slightly larger. -

Why aren't the buttons working?
Answer: Press the top left button to turn it on, then wait for the middle button to turn green. Once the middle button is green, the machine is hot and ready. Note that during coffee making, the middle green button may turn on and off, but you can continue making coffee. Once done, turn off the machine by pressing the top left button. -

I'm having trouble removing the ground coffee from the filter cups. Am I pressing too firmly?
Answer: Use a knock bin to gently tap the upturned portafilter. This should make the puck fall out easily. -
